Beginning as a printing company and evolving into a premium flexographic packaging printer and leading manufacturer of metallic balloons, M&D Industries has been making the world a happier place for decades.

Otto Millas and Ray Domke founded M&D Flexographic Printers in 1957 on the south side of Chicago. These two men were committed to service and quality-a commitment that has not changed in nearly half a century.

In 2002, M&D Industries became part of the Amscan family of companies. Today, M&D strives to meet the incredibly diverse needs of our customers.
